How does the made-to-order process work? Once you plan an order, our team begins crafting your piece from scratch, promising attention to detail and individualized craftsmanship. 

What is the quality of gather's gold jewellery? All our jewellery is crafted from solid 10k gold, ensuring durability, beauty, and long-lasting quality. Our commitment to using high-quality materials and skilled craftsmanship promises an heirloom piece.

How long does it take for an order to be completed and shipped? As each piece is made to order, please allow 3-5 weeks for the crafting process before shipment. delivery times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes we do. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country, for which the recipient is responsible.

Can I return or exchange a made-to-order item? Because of the personalized nature of our made-to-order jewellery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team for guidance.

How can I care for my gather jewellery? Solid gold is a durable and precious metal. to maintain its lustre, clean your jewellery regularly with a mild soap and warm water, and store it in a dry, safe place when not in use. 

Can I wear my gather jewellery in the shower? Yes you are able to get your jewellery wet without damaging its integrity since it is made with solid gold. please note that if your piece has a brushed finish (not shiny, matte), this can wash off with repeated water exposure. it is also important to note that jewellery cannot be worn in pools with chlorine as it damages the metal. 

Does gather offer repair services? we handle repairs on a case-by-case basis. please contact our customer support team with details regarding the repair needed, and we'll provide guidance on the next steps.

Are chain breaks considered a faulty product? Chain breaks are not considered a faulty product. While we ensure quality craftsmanship, chain breaks can occur due to various factors. Please contact us for guidance on repair options in such cases.
